Choose your item, pay the membership fee and a first instalment (45% of the price in the standard plan) on delivery, then the balance in two monthly instalments of 28% and 27%.
It depends on the price of the item: from 1,100 F for an item between 10,000 and 20,000 F, up to 10,100 F above 250,000 F. The full scale is available on the "Conditions" page.
A valid ID (national ID card, passport...), proof of address and, if possible, proof of income. You can upload them online from your customer area.
In cash at our shop, or with Wave, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money and bank card, directly online from your customer area or the "Pay an instalment" page. Every payment comes with a receipt.
Late-payment penalties may apply according to the contract terms. We always remind you before taking any action; contact us quickly if you have difficulties so we can find a solution.
Yes: for items above 300,000 F CFA, you can repay in four instalments.
The item remains the property of KOFANAG MS until the last instalment has been paid in full (retention of title clause).
