Membership and credit conditions
1. Credit eligibility conditions
Credit for the purchase of items is reserved for adult customers (or registered companies) who have provided a complete and valid file: proof of identity, proof of address and/or proof of income. KOFANAG Multi-Services reserves the right to refuse credit sales to any customer who does not meet its internal creditworthiness criteria.
2. Retention of title clause
Items sold remain the exclusive property of KOFANAG Multi-Services until the last credit instalment has been paid in full. Until then, the customer is merely the custodian of the items and may not resell, pledge or modify them without the company's written consent.
3. Credit terms and payment schedule
When the order is approved, a credit sale contract and its payment schedule are signed by both parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer pays the membership fee (according to the scale opposite) and the first instalment on delivery of the item. The balance is paid according to the schedule set for the item on the day of signature.
4. Late-payment penalties and collection costs
If a monthly instalment is not paid on its due date, a reminder and then a formal notice are sent to the customer. Late-payment penalties at a rate of 12 % may be applied to the unpaid balance, per month of delay, after a grace period of 5 days.
5. Acceleration clause
If a single instalment is not paid and a formal notice remains unanswered, all remaining amounts become immediately due. KOFANAG Multi-Services may require the immediate return of the items at the customer's expense.
6. Warranty and withdrawal
A dispute (after-sales service request, minor fault, complaint) never exempts the customer from their credit payments. The warranty period varies by item; after the warranty period, no item can be returned.
